Rumor has it the best Bagel and best bagel breakfast sandwich in Connecticut are at Liz Sue Bagels in Stamford (and Norwalk).

Let’s find out.

Bacon Egg Cheese on Multigrain Bagel

There is a lot of bacon but it is hard, like it was fried and then left on the griddle.

The eggs are unseasoned, which detracts from the overall flavor.

The bagels themselves are also quite hard.

Not toasted, just overly firm.

It’s fine but nothing great.
