Because who wants to settle for your local Chinese fast-food place (which may have some of the best anyway!).

#2. Soup Dumplings; Good Hope Dumpling & Ramen House
Nearly perfect, rich soup inside, pork, in just too delicate wrappers.
These are about the best dumplings in Connecticut, so far.

#1. Seven Flavor Wonton; Shu Restaurant
But the king of the CT dumplings just cannot be beat.
Everything about these dumplings is right, great flavor, delicate wrappers, incredible sauce.
