The middle has an excellent crunch that comes from a good shell and tons of sugar crystals.
The blend of cinnamon sugar is just right, little more sugar but a consistent cinnamon flavor.
The only downside is the dough inside can be a little dry.
But not dry enough to outweigh the beautiful shell.
