Assorted Pakora
Definitely the weakest of the options here.
The Assorted Pakora is an assortment of deep fried foods.
Jalapeno poppers.
Chili cheese fried patties.
Vegetable pakora.
The fry coating gets mushy fast, and even when fresh everything is just good.

Chicken Tikka Masala
I swear unless you are completely staging the shot it is nearly impossible to get a good picture of Chicken Tikka Masala.
Here the chicken is perfectly cooked. Just amazingly cooked chicken.
Which is a warm welcome as it seems places can only have tender chicken or great sauce.
To that end, the sauce is extremely mild and a bit too sweet.
So great chicken, meh sauce.
Overall the dish averages out to a very good Chicken Tikka Masala.
That likely means the goal is to just find the right dish where the perfectly cooked meat can really shine.

The Rating: Chicken Tikka Masala
7/10
One way to try to get at the excellent meat cooking without the sauce is to go straight after the chicken.
Assorted Chicken Kebab
The chicken is heavy on spices.
Warm spices, like coriander seed and chili powder.
The chicken is likewise very nicely cooked.
The only real downside is there are odd fats throughout the chicken which become gristly.
Otherwise, wonderful.

7.5/10
Lamb Samosa
Excellent. Lamb is mild in flavor, wrapper is perfect balance or crisp but dense, nice flavors throughout. Overall excellent
