#2 Hidden Still, Ellington

Insane wings; Smoked Garlic Sriracha 8/10

Wings (Insane, Smoked Garlic Sriracha), The Hidden Still

Torn between Smoked Garlic Sriracha and Insane, as both are wonderful. Both are smoky with a nice chile pepper bite. Full review here

#1 J. Timothy’s Taverne; Plainville

Dirty Wings (buffalo) 8/10

You hope the champs won’t win again, but they should. The wings are simply the best in the state. Dirt style buffalo is the only way to go. But reader be aware, while these are the best, they aren’t phenomenal. Meaning, some place may unseat them in the future. Full review here
